You’ll receive a quote for Chef Javi’s time (planning, shopping, labour), and unlike many other private chefs, he will source ingredients based on your tastes and budget. There is no set menu or standard cost for ingredients. If you want the most expensive, succulent oysters in Catalonia - you’ll get them! If you’d prefer something more affordable - he’ll offer creative alternatives.
Chef Javi will cook everything at your place, where you can enjoy the beautiful aromas from the kitchen before dining. Your only role is to enjoy the experience and relish the flavors of each course.
